Due to the events that have been reflected in the public's knowledge in the past days, a Board of Trustees has been appointed to our company, albeit for a short time. We would like to inform the valuable public that it has come to an end.

Due to the unfortunate events that we have been experiencing for a while, which is called the management crisis in the corporate world, our Company has been the target of some unfair and unlawful claims, has no basis, and is bad. As a result of these claims based on intent, a Management Trustee has been appointed to our company.

We would like to proudly express that; Even during the period of the Board of Trustees, our company did not experience the slightest shock, and more importantly, it did not let down any of its employees, stakeholders, companies with which it had commercial relations. On the contrary, how strong is our company? It has proven to friend and foe that it is and that it is built on solid foundations.

All this time, our current management team and employees have welcomed the process with great calmness and have been involved in the process under the guidance of reason and law. Our company has taken the necessary steps to be taken in accordance with the law. and threw resolutely.

And finally; The decision to appoint a trustee as a precautionary measure, which was given by the court of first instance and which, in our opinion, was an erroneous decision, was definitively annulled by the Court of Appeal on 08.06.2022 as a result of the effective defense and objections of our lawyers. Even in the decision of the Court of Appeal, said that there is no shortage of organs in the company, that our company has a solid and healthy supply, production and distribution structure and that it is financially strong. ” emphasized that there is no basis that requires the appointment of a trustee. Our legal struggle will continue against those who caused the appointment of a trustee, albeit for a short time, to our company with unfair and unfounded claims.

This process, which can shake up many companies in commercial life; It has shown us how strong, reliable and respected our company is, that we have professional employees who can manage to become a family, and how solid foundations our network of relations is built on. Strong, reliable and rooted; Our company, which was founded on the foundations,  It has been seen once again that it is not a company that can easily wear out or be worn out.  

We are determined to continue our commercial life from where we left off, even this time with new targets, investments and business relations that raise the bar even more.
