Training and Development

In its sustainability activities, Ekmekçioğulları implements the following issues in order to raise awareness of "Safe Behavior", "Environment" and "Occupational Health and Safety" to our employees; 

- Providing trainings to the employees in a way to improve their level of knowledge in the field of sustainable awareness and ensuring that they reach a good occupational health, safety and environmental protection awareness by periodically repeating these trainings. 

 - Meeting the training needs, tools and equipment required for the achievement of environmental targets on time. 

 - Annual evaluation of target realization performance and continuous improvement of the Environmental Management System. 

 - Following the developments closely by following the regulations related to Chemical Substances and Waste Management and giving periodic training to the personnel related to chemical waste management. 

 - Raising awareness of all our employees by following technological developments and innovations. 

 - Supporting all our employees with vocational training and personal development programs, ensuring that they constantly improve themselves and increase their productivity.
